Michael is the founder and Principal at Bluebird Advisors. He has over 15 years of experience in infrastructure, finance, and economic development. He has worked extensively with state and local governments and transit and transportation agencies in the US and in emerging markets to structure public-private partnerships and real estate transactions. Michael’s expertise focuses on helping clients identify strategies to accelerate the delivery and the benefits of critical infrastructure projects. Michael can help clients evaluate delivery strategies, including design-build and public-private partnerships. Once a strategy is decided, Michael has advised clients through procurement, financial analysis and structuring, investment appraisal, and negotiations to reach commercial and financial close on project.
